The real estate transaction process always involves a checklist of documents, forms, and inspections that need to be completed before the sale is final. The home inspection, as part of that checklist, can be the most stressful part of the process while all parties hope for a positive report. This course is designed to walk attendees through the home inspection process through the use of photography, while they learn what is looked for in each area of the home. The common findings for each area will also be discussed.
